Goodwin Adds Private Investment Funds Partner Olya Kurilovich in New York

Goodwin today announced that Olya Kurilovich has joined the firm’s Private Equity practice as a partner in the Investment Funds group in the New York office.

Olya specializes in advising clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds across sectors including private debt, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and emerging markets. She also advises sponsors and investors on strategic transactions, internal arrangements, complex secondary deals, and fund restructurings.
