Goodwin Advises Investors Including Flying Fish, Evantic and BOND on their Participation in Ineffable Intelligence’s $1.1 Billion Investment Round, Reported to be the Largest Seed Round Raised in Europe

The Technology team advised investors including Flying Fish, Evantic and BOND on their participation in the $1.1 billion investment round into Ineffable Intelligence, a new AI research lab in London, founded in November 2025, with a mission to make first contact with superintelligence. The investment round is reported to be the largest seed round ever raised in Europe. The company is building a superlearner; a system that discovers all knowledge directly through its own experience, from elementary motor skills to profound intellectual breakthroughs, with the potential to rediscover and then transcend the greatest inventions in human history.

Flying Fish Ventures is a Seattle-based venture capital firm focused on pre-seed and seed-stage investments in artificial intelligence and machine learning startups, partnering with founders building AI-driven companies and providing both capital and strategic support.

Evantic Capital is a venture capital firm founded in 2025 by Matt Miller. Evantic’s mission is to help founders scale into their global ambition by aligning them with exceptional talent using an active community of 150 Legends.

BOND is a global technology investment firm that backs visionary founders across the full lifecycle of innovation and growth, supporting companies from early scaling through to maturity.

The Goodwin team advising investors including Flying Fish, Evantic and BOND was led by Andrew Davis, Emily Townsend, and Harriet Worthington. Goodwin also acted for other investors that participated in the investment round.
