Russell has nearly three decades of experience advising public and private companies and investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and capital markets transactions, with particular expertise in technology and life sciences sectors including artificial intelligence, software, cybersecurity, financial technology, biotechnology and healthcare.
