Goodwin Adds Another Attorney to Newest California Office (Law360)
Goodwin announced on Tuesday that it has brought a lawyer to its newest office on the West Coast. Cheryl O'Connor joins Goodwin in its Orange County office, which opened in March with a trio of Cybersecurity and Privacy attorneys. Another attorney, consumer protection litigator Michelle Blum, came on board later that month. O'Connor's hire adds another litigator to the new office. A former assistant US attorney for the Central District of California, she represents companies and executives in complex litigation and government investigations, according to Goodwin. "The firm is highly immersed in our clients' industries, which allows litigators to approach disputes with a practical understanding of clients' business objectives and regulatory environments," O'Connor told Law360 Pulse. "The combination of industry insight, strategic sophistication and elite trial skills makes the platform especially strong."
