The Goodwin Life Sciences team advised Bpifrance and Andera Partners on the €33 million Series C financing of Cyllene Therapeutics.
The financing round was led by GordonMD Global Investments LP and M Ventures, with participation from existing investors Andera Partners, Bpifrance Life Sciences Venture (“InnoBio”), SCI Ventures, and Lamond Ventures.
The proceeds of the financing will support the clinical development of Cyllene Therapeutics’ lead medecine candidate, EG110A, for the treatment of neurogenic bladder, as well as the expansion of the company’s pipeline.
Formerly known as EG 427, Cyllene Therapeutics is developing a proprietary platform based on non-replicating vectors designed to enable targeted and durable delivery of therapeutic genes. This differentiated approach positions the company among the pioneers of gene therapies for neurological and urological diseases.
The Goodwin team was composed of Anne-Charlotte Rivière and Johann Gandilhon on the corporate aspects of the transaction.
