Goodwin Advises BioGeneration Ventures, Angelini Ventures, and Kurma Partners on $58 Million Series A Financing of RougeTx
The Life Sciences team advised BioGeneration Ventures (BGV), Angelini Ventures, and Kurma Partners on co-leading investment in the $58 million Series A funding round for RougeTx, a preclinical-stage biotechnology company. The financing also included participation from Epidarex Capital, Vesalius Biocapital Partners, ROM Utrecht Region, p53 Invest, and Kerna Ventures. The funding will support RTX-001, RougeTx’s lead program, and advance a potential once-daily oral treatment designed to restore blood vessel stability in HHT, a serious inherited bleeding disorder with no approved therapies, as well as the expansion of its pipeline targeting vascular diseases.
