Katie Adams

Katie Adams is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. She is experienced in advising emerging growth companies through every stage of the corporate life cycle and represents private companies as well as venture capital investors in financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, strategic transactions, and general corporate matters.
