Goodwin’s Technology M&A team advised Document Crunch Inc. in connection with its agreement to be acquired by Trimble Inc. (Nasdaq: TRMB).
Document Crunch is an AI risk reduction platform built for construction. The acquisition will allow Trimble to incorporate document intelligence and compliance automation across the Trimble® Construction ecosystem, enhancing existing workflows in project management and construction ERP systems.
