Amanda Alameddine is a senior associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Intellectual Property group. She concentrates her practice in the counseling, clearance, protection, enforcement and licensing of intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on the worldwide protection of trademarks. She has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including tech, finance, life sciences, food and beverage, hair and beauty, fashion, consumer products, real estate, aviation, and more.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Amanda was a trademark associate at Fenwick & West and Senior Counsel, Trademarks at Western Digital Corporation.
During law school, Amanda was the Executive Managing Editor of the UC Law SF Journal and received the CALI & Witkin Excellence Award in Trademarks and Unfair Competition. She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court and the Honorable Teri L. Jackson at the San Francisco Superior Court.
