Goodwin Advises Console on Acquisition by Palo Alto Networks to Advance Agentic Capabilities

The Technology M&A team advised Console on its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW), a global cybersecurity company. Console is an AI-native platform designed to enable agentic capabilities and help organizations apply AI-driven analysis and action across enterprise operations. The acquisition will deepen Palo Alto Networks’ agentic capabilities in Cortex, supporting teams as they investigate signals, prioritize work, and take action across their environments.
