Delaney Arth is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. She joined the firm in 2025, after completing Goodwin’s 2024 Summer Associate Program.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Delaney worked as a paralegal in New York and as a law clerk at a Beverly Hills law office, working on a variety of client matters. She was also a fellow of USC’s Small Business Clinic.
