As a registered patent agent before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Lihui contributes to litigation strategy, patent validity and infringement analysis, due diligence, and scientific positioning in high-stakes life sciences matters.
With a PhD in Chemistry from Georgetown University, Lihui brings deep expertise in biophysical and biochemical analysis, including protein structure, molecular interactions, and antibody-related technologies. Her scientific training enables her to work closely with trial teams and experts to translate complex data into persuasive technical narratives for courts, regulatory agencies, and patent tribunals.
