- Large life sciences company in its acquisition of a leading healthcare technology company for a deal valued at approximately $314 million;
- Forge Global, Inc., a leading private securities marketplace provider (“Forge”), in its business combination with Motive Capital Corp (“Motive”), with Forge receiving cash proceeds totaling approximately $215.6 million, prior to transaction fees and expenses, combining funds held in Motive’s trust account, a concurrent PIPE financing and Motive’s forward purchase financing;
- Public consumer goods company in its acquisition of three consumer goods companies for a deal valued at $29.7 million;*
- Large consumer goods company in its asset sale to another prominent consumer goods company for a deal valued at $20 million;*
- Public company involved in the biological tool development industry in its acquisition of a biological tool storage company for a deal valued at $15 million; and*

Private Equity
- One of the largest New York real estate developers and its regional center in private offerings to raise EB-5 financing for the following large-scale developments:
- Raised $340 million as part of the capital stack for the construction of one of the largest residential towers in Manhattan, with a large commercial tenant’s New York flagship store at the base of the tower;*
- Raised $250 million as part of the capital stack for the construction of a large residential tower in the Lower East Side of Manhattan;*
- Raised $210 million as part of the capital stack for the construction of a large residential tower in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, with a synagogue at the base of the tower;*
- Raised $124 million as part of the capital stack for the development of a destination ski resort located in Deer Valley, Utah;*
- Raised $120 million as part of the capital stack for the construction of a large residential tower in downtown Brooklyn;*
- Raised $64 million as part of the capital stack for the construction of a 445-room internationally-branded hotel in Midtown Manhattan;* and
- Raised $55 million as part of the capital stack for the construction of a large residential tower in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan.*
