Célia Brunet

Célia Brunet is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and Business Law department.

She focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions.

She advises private equity firms, corporates, and managers in private M&A, restructuring, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2023, Célia worked in the legal department of Ares Management’s Private Equity Group in Los Angeles, California. She also previously worked as an intern at Dechert LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright.

Célia is fluent in French and English.
