Carla Candela

Carla Candela is an associate in Goodwin's Private Equity team.

She is mainly involved in private equity transactions but also in mergers and acquisitions.

She advises French and foreign investment funds, managers and industrialists on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and more generally on corporate law issues.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2022, Carla worked as a trainee in French and international law firms in France, and in the legal department of a French investment fund.

She is fluent in French and English.
