Gabby Carusello

Gabby Carusello is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. She joined the firm in 2026.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Gabby was a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Boston. Gabby counsels private equity funds and their portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle, as well as a broad range of other matters, including entity formation, growth equity financings, platform structuring, platform and add-on acquisitions, recapitalizations, minority investments and general corporate governance matters.

Gabby has advised clients on a variety of transactions with respect to cybersecurity, software engineering, food & beverage, as well as various transactions taking place within the biotechnology field.

While in law school, Gabby worked as a managing editor of the Emory Law Journal and worked as legal extern with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
