A multi-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary Goodwin Private Equity team is advising TA Associates (“TA”) in connection with its strategic growth investment in Oxane Partners (“Oxane”), a leading technology-driven solutions provider to the private credit industry. The investment will support Oxane's continued technology innovation, expansion of AI capabilities, and further investment in talent and leadership.
