Judy Choi

Judy Choi is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity Group. Judy advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other corporate clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including US and cross-border M&A transactions.

Judy began her career at Goodwin as a summer associate in 2018. After leaving the firm in 2020, she continued her career at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in South Korea, advising clients in cross-border M&A, joint venture, and growth equity transactions and general corporate matters, before returning to Goodwin in 2022. Judy participated in the Business Law Transactions Clinic and Racial Justice Clinic while attending law school.
