Ishika Desai is an associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial disputes, with a focus on technology clients and trade secret litigation, including trade secret litigation relating to employee mobility and trade secret litigation between competitors. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

Professional Experience
While attending law school, Ishika served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the California Supreme Court. She was also the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Editor of the UC Davis Law Review, a member of the King Hall Negotiations Team’s Executive Board, and worked as a research and teaching assistant.
