James Flynn

James Flynn is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group. He represents public and private companies in the life sciences industry throughout the full range of the corporate life cycle, including venture capital financings, initial public offerings and capital markets transactions, and other complex transactions. James also advises companies on ongoing SEC compliance and corporate governance matters. He joined Goodwin in 2024.

Prior to joining Goodwin, James practiced for several years as a corporate associate at a large international law firm in Boston, MA.  In that role, James represented investment banks and public company clients in capital markets matters.
