Scott French is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group, based in Los Angeles.

Scott advises fast-growing technology companies and venture capital firms on a full spectrum of corporate transactions. He regularly navigates all types of transactions and liquidity events, including new company formations, venture capital and private equity financings, secondary sales, spinoffs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public offering transactions. He also advises on corporate governance and securities law matters. Scott has particular experience advising LLCs, and the unique legal considerations that pertain to LLC startups.
