The Technology team advised Heart Aerospace on its $107 million Series B funding. The new round brings the total financing raised by Heart Aerospace since its inception to $145 million.
Among new investors is Sagitta Ventures. Other investors include Air Canada, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, European Innovation Council Fund, EQT Ventures, Lowercarbon Capital, Norrsken VC, United Airlines, and Y Combinator.
Heart Aerospace is a Swedish company developing electric aircraft for regional travel with a mission to create the world’s greenest, most affordable, and most accessible form of transport.
The Goodwin team was led by Craig Schmitz, Scott French, Monica Devlin and Rachel Qi, and included Patrick Park, Amy Josselyn and Ce Li.
