Christian Golden

Christian Golden is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. Christian represents emerging companies and private equity sponsors through every stage of the corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, growth equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Christian graduated from Notre Dame Law School and joined Goodwin as a summer associate in 2023.

While attending law school, Christian worked as a licensed mediator resolving civil disputes in the Michiana region, and interned for Notre Dame’s Athletic Department and General Counsel’s Office.

Prior to law school, Christian spent three years as a finance professional in the private equity real estate industry.
