Gloria Han is an associate in Goodwin’s Financial Industry group and a member of the firm’s Banking, Consumer Financial Services, and Fintech practices. She advises financial institutions and fintech companies on transactions and compliance with federal banking laws, state consumer financial services laws, and consumer financial services regulations. Gloria’s practice has an emphasis on lending and payments-related issues. She represents and counsels clients on various lending and payments products and evaluating state and federal regulatory risks.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Gloria was an Associate in the Financial Services practice at Alston & Bird LLP.
While in law school, Gloria was a research assistant and the Senior Executive Editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. She was also an extern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Market Abuse Unit.
