Celina Holmes-Murphy is a department attorney in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Investment Funds practice. She joined Goodwin in 2019.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Holmes-Murphy was an associate at Laughlin Legal, PC in Foster City, California, where she represented clients in complex family law matters.
While attending law school, Ms. Holmes-Murphy was a legal intern at a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans apply for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits and military discharge upgrades.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Holmes-Murphy worked as a paralegal at Covington and Burling LLP in Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, California.
