Jack M. Kelly is an associate in the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences group and Capital Markets practice. He has a broad corporate practice advising prospective issuers, listed clients and corporate clients on all forms of M&A activity, equity capital markets transactions, general company law as well as corporate governance matters and general public company representation.
Prior to joining Goodwin, he was an associate at Davis, Polk & Wardwell and McCann FitzGerald and spent time on secondment at Morgan Stanley’s EMEA ECM execution team in London.
