Martina Kobal is an Associate in Goodwin’s Debt Finance team in the London office. Martina advises on all aspects of debt finance, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance and corporate restructuring, acting for UK and overseas borrowers, banks and other debt/equity providers in relation to domestic and cross-border transactions. She joined Goodwin in 2021.
