Amy Koss is an associate in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and Risk Management & Insurance practice, where she advises clients on insurance and risk management issues in areas such as directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, cyber and media liability, and commercial general liability.

Previous Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Amy was an associate at Reed Smith in the Insurance Recovery Group, where she focused on litigating complex insurance disputes on behalf of corporate and commercial policyholders in both state and federal courts. Amy served well-known clients in the oil and natural gas, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors, as well as small and medium-sized businesses in a variety of other industries, including religious institutions and healthcare providers.
While in law school, Amy was the Production Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, and offered pro bono services as part of the Custody and Support Assistance Clinic.
