Monica Kwok is a senior associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, and a principal in the firm’s Search Funds practice.
Monica represents traditional private equity sponsors with respect to leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. She has worked on major consumer retail, fashion, and beauty transactions involving household brands, and also advises on transactions involving fine art investments and acquisitions.
Monica also has significant experience representing search fund clients in all phases of the search fund lifecycle, including fund formation, fundraising, acquisitions, ongoing operations, and beyond.
Professional Activities
Monica is an active member of the Harvard Alumni Association, the Penn Alumni Association, and the Phillips Academy Andover community.
Monica is involved in various community organizations, including the Addison Gallery of American Art, the Institute of Contemporary Art and the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Campaign for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
