Kesten Laverty is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups in London. Ms. Laverty advises clients on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on transactions in the life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors. She has a broad corporate practice and provides advice at all stages of the company life cycle, including advising on venture capital investments and exits, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Laverty was an associate at Slaughter and May. As part of her time at Slaughter and May, she also completed a secondment to Santander UK’s legal team.
