Goodwin Advises the Underwriters on Silence’s $201 Million Public Offering
The Life Sciences and Capital Markets teams advised joint book-running managers Jefferies, Morgan Stanley, Cantor, and William Blair on Silence Therapeutics' public offering of 14,907,407 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing three ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the capital of the company, at a public offering price of $13.50 per ADS, inclusive of the full underwriters’ option. The gross proceeds from the offering were approximately $201 million, inclusive of the full underwriters’ option, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses.
