Jeremy Lewis is an associate in Goodwin’s Employment practice. His practice includes advising clients in a wide range of employment law matters, such as employee classification, hiring practices, employment policies, terminations, wage and hour laws, and numerous other issues arising under federal, state, and local employment laws.
Jeremy also represents clients in employment and employee mobility litigation matters in court and before such tribunals as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Civil Rights Department, and the United States Department of Labor.

- Defending, through trial, a high profile fitness company in a multi-plaintiff disability discrimination and retaliation matter brought by former employees*
- Achieving a complete defense verdict for a global distribution client brought by a former member of the executive team alleging breach of contract and misrepresentation seeking over $8 million in damages*
- Securing a dismissal with prejudice of claims for monetary damages in a disability discrimination case*
- Mediating and settling numerous wage and hour class actions alleging a wide variety of violations including unpaid wages and overtime, unpaid bonuses, unreimbursed expenses, missed meal and rest periods, inaccurate wage statements, and penalties*

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2024, Jeremy practiced at an employment law boutique firm in Southern California.
During law school, Jeremy served as an extern with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California and the California Attorney General’s Office.
