Vicky Ling is an associate at Goodwin’s Antitrust and Competition practice. She joined Goodwin in 2025.
She advises on all aspects of the EU and UK competition law, including merger control, vertical and horizontal agreements, market investigations and compliance, abuse of dominance, antitrust litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement across a range of industries including technology, life sciences, commodities and sport.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2025, Vicky was an associate with Covington & Burling in their Competition team for three years, where she trained and qualified in August 2022.
