Dan Liu

Dan Liu is an associate in Goodwin’s Life Science group. She helps emerging and later stage companies throughout their entire corporate life cycles, including formation matters, venture capital financing, public offerings, etc. Ms. Liu joined Goodwin in 2021.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Liu was an associate counsel at OKCoin USA Inc, and an associate at Zhong Lun Law Firm, a top law firm in China where her practice focused on cross-border merger and acquisitions.
