Dylan Major is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. Dylan concentrates his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He also represents public and private companies and their sponsors on transactions and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries, including technology and software, manufacturing, energy, consumer products, food and beverage, entertainment, sports and financial services. Dylan joined Goodwin in 2026. Dylan is admitted to practice in New York only. He is working under the supervision of the Philadelphia partners at Goodwin.
