Lan Marinelli

Lan Marinelli joined Goodwin in 2024 and is the Director of Practice Management for the firm’s Life Sciences group. In this role, she is responsible for managing initiatives focused on client services and client relationships; partner and associate recruiting and integration; attorney engagement, professional development, and training; knowledge management; and mentoring for the Life Sciences group. Lan is an experienced attorney, having spent over 17 years providing strategic legal advice in both private practice and in-house settings. She began her legal career as a corporate associate at Brown Rudnick, where she served as chair of the summer associate program and was also involved with the firm’s hiring and diversity committees. Lan then transitioned in-house to technology and life sciences companies, including HubSpot and athenahealth, where she served as Assistant General Counsel, and connectRN, where she served as General Counsel. Prior to attending law school, Lan was an auditor at Deloitte.
