Chelsea McNeill

Chelsea McNeill is the Attorney Development Manager for Real Estate associates, counsel, and paralegals in the firm’s Boston and DC offices. In this role, she manages attorneys’ full employee lifecycle and development. Chelsea assists attorneys with workload management, performance, well-being, and career planning. In addition, Chelsea is responsible for staffing, productivity tracking, and mentorship programs, and she regularly works with senior leaders to realize firm priorities regarding attorney integration, engagement, and training. Chelsea also supports the firm’s performance management processes, recruitment efforts, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Chelsea was a Business and Real Estate Litigation Associate in Orange County, CA at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP.
