Halak Mehta is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of the ERISA & Executive Compensation Practice. She assists clients on a wide variety of employee benefit matters, including the design, implementation, and compliance of qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and equity and other incentive-based compensation plans and arrangements. Halak also has experience supporting clients on compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
