Marissa Menakaya is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Joint Ventures and Real Estate Finance practice. She joined Goodwin in 2022.

Marissa was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2021. During law school, Marissa was also a summer associate at Reed Smith and an intern at the Victim Rights Law Center. Prior to law school Marissa conducted residential real estate closings and refinancings as a notary public in New Hampshire.
