Valentine Nuaud

Valentine is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups.

She focuses her practice on all fields of private equity and mergers and acquisitions, with a concentration on growth equity and venture capital transactions.

Valentine advises emerging growth companies in France and abroad, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, particularly in the technology, renewable energy, life science and healthcare sectors, at every stage of development from their incorporation until their sale or IPO and beyond.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Valentine worked as a trainee in French and international law firms in France.
