Michaela Ogden is a senior associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. She focuses on complex intellectual property and technology disputes, supporting trial teams in high-stakes litigation involving trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
Michaela has experience working on all phases of litigation. She was a member of the Goodwin trial team that secured a unanimous defense verdict for Central Coast Agriculture following a two-week jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, defeating trademark infringement and unfair competition claims after more than six years of litigation. She was also a member of the Goodwin trial team that secured a $41 million judgment for Nangate shareholders following a two-phase jury trial in California State Court. Throughout her time at Goodwin, she has authored and contributed to numerous briefs and dispositive motions in state and federal court.
