Nick Ognibene is Counsel in the firm’s Global Trade practice.
Nick advises clients on compliance, transactional risk management, and investigations related to international trade laws and regulations. He has extensive experience advising clients on complying with and managing risks relating to economic sanctions, including those administered by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), as well as advising on forced labor and supply chain issues, national security risks posed by contemplated investment into the US (including advising on and managing filings with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), export controls, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and anti-boycott rules.
