Elea Poiree

Eléa is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.

She focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and on private equity transactions, with a strong focus on leveraged buyouts.

She advises private equity firms, corporates, and managers in private and public M&A, restructuring, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2025, Eléa worked as trainee in French and international law firms in France.
