Ryan Reshke

Ryan Reshke is an associate with the Technology Business Unit based out of the Silicon Valley office.

Ryan’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in complex merger and acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ryan was with a global law firm where he worked on complex domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.

Ryan graduated from UC Davis School of Law, where he served as a senior articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review and an executive editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal.
