Martha Schreck

Martha Schreck, an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department, advises private and public companies in startup and formation matters, venture capital financings, initial public offerings, capital market transactions, ongoing SEC compliance and corporate governance matters. She joined Goodwin in 2020.

Ms. Schreck was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2019 and a law clerk in the Intellectual Property and Transactions Strategy group from the fall of 2019 through the spring of 2020. While attending law school, Ms. Schreck also interned with TripAdvisor.

During her second and third years in law school, Ms. Schreck served as a Staff Editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal.

Prior to law school, Ms. Schreck was a software analyst at a healthcare electronic medical records company.
