Nisha Kapur Siedor

Nisha Siedor is a corporate associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and member of its nationally recognized Technology and Life Sciences groups. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

As a corporate generalist working with a variety of technology and consumer-based clients, Ms. Siedor advises emerging to public companies, startups and investors at every stage of the company life cycle with focuses on entity formations, venture capital financings, M&A and other strategic transactions and general corporate counseling.

Ms. Siedor is admitted to practice in Connecticut only; her application to the District of Columbia bar is pending. She is working under the supervision of partners at Goodwin.
