Sabrina Singh is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Industry group and a member of its Joint Ventures and Real Estate Finance practice. Sabrina represents both lenders and borrowers in the origination, restructuring, acquisition, and disposition of commercial financings secured by various property types across the United States, including retail, office, multifamily, and hotel, and also represents tenants in connection with commercial leases. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2025, Sabrina practiced at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Sabrina is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the Corporate & Financial Law Journal.
