Alec is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group in London. Alec’s primary practice areas include venture capital and growth equity transactions in the technology sector, as well as domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Alec was a Senior Associate in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Alec has also been seconded to the legal team at Atomico, one of Europe’s leading venture capital funds.
