As Goodwin’s Chief Digital & Technology Officer, Eric is responsible for driving innovation, delivering scalable technology solutions, and aligning the firm’s digital infrastructure with its strategic goals. He leads the firm’s global technology organization, working closely with leaders across the firm’s technology functions, client-facing technology, attorney practice technology, enterprise technology, automation, development, and data architecture to enhance productivity and deliver a differentiated client experience.

Eric has over two decades of experience at the intersection of enterprise technology, product innovation, and client service. Most recently, Eric served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer at Flock Safety, a $7.5B technology company recognized as #7 on CNBC’s 2025 Disruptor 50 list. There he scaled IT and cybersecurity operations, advanced AI adoption as co-chair of the AI & Data Protection Committee, and helped the company grow to serve thousands of communities.

Prior to that, Eric was the first Chief Information Officer at Coupa Software, where he led the technology function through a period of explosive growth; scaling from $80M to $1B, guiding the company through its IPO and integrating 13 acquisitions, before ultimately supporting Coupa’s $8B sale to Thoma Bravo. Earlier in his career, Eric spent 17 years in consulting, including 13 years at PwC, where he founded the firm’s Cloud Computing and Digital Trust practices.

Eric holds a Bachelor degree in Business Accounting from RMIT University and a Masters in Business Systems from Monash University.
