Louis Taslé d’Héliand is a counsel in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups, specializing in venture capital and growth financings and M&A transactions.
Louis advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on emerging growth companies and venture capital investors spanning a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence, robotics, defense tech, fintech, Insurtech, proptech, enterprise software, healthcare tech, medtech and biotech. He advises clients through every stage of the corporate life cycle in France and cross-border.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Louis was an associate at Dechert LLP and BDGS. He was also a trainee in the M&A department of Bredin Prat.
